January 11, 2013--Friday; Still Waiting
Time is coming. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights......three more nights until "chop-chop" day. I'm ready to get the cancer out of my body and actually glad to have my breast reduced in size. Not looking forward to the pain and most likely the chemo. Donna is coming tomorrow and Deb is coming on Sunday. Susan Magnett was here for lunch. Sure enjoyed her visit. I've had a lot of encouragement and support form people from here to there. Cousin Bill calls from California. Aunt Dorothy called from Missouri. My good ole friend Roberta calls from Texas. I've received a lot of cards. Enjoy the ones with pictures in my image. Ha! Barb, Gale, Kent, Laura, and Kevin surprised me with TWO special gowns to wear that will hopefully cover all the parts. Gary has added a hand-held shower head to the shower so I can reach water from my step stool. I'm ready, here we go.
