Day 85; July 21 -- Valdez to Tok
We left this morning with mixed feelings. Hated to leave the cool climate; but ready to see the family. Thanks for all the comments. It sure makes me feel like I'm doing this for a reason. Today in Tok, it took me 1/2 hour to upload three pictures. Wrangell-St. Elias National Park is as large as Vermont and New Hampshire put together. It only had two entries and was mainly a hiking park. We could view it from the south and west sides. We have been in Alaska exactly 1 month. We were at Tok at the Sourdough Campground on my birthday and now we are Tok on July 21. That is why we went out to eat......I was claiming my birthday dinner. It was good too. Ribeye steak, baked potato loaded, bread/butter, and salad bar.......Happy Birthday to Me!
